Meetings and discussions
A meeting in a space feels closer to a conversation in a real meeting room than to a video call: people sit at one table, each voice comes from where that person sits, and materials open on a screen everyone can see.
What it looks like
- The organizer sends a link to the room.
- Participants join from the browser, enter a name and turn on the microphone.
- The host shows a document, an image or a video on the shared screen; notes stay on the collaboration wall.
- Someone joins from a headset and enters VR — the meeting goes on without a break.
Where to start
- Look at the meeting room for eight, the reference scene for such meetings.
- Need a meeting room in your own style? Describe the task.
- Already have a scene? See how to host it.
