Terms of service

This document describes how Vrata services work before sales start. Contract terms, prices and payment rules will be published separately before we accept any payment.

Available now

• Information about the platform, images and descriptions of the reference scenes, developer documentation.
• Writing a brief on the site and discussing a project by email at hello@vrataspace.ru.
• The open platform code under the Apache-2.0 license for self-hosting.

No payments are accepted, no customer accounts are created, and live demos are not open.

How creation will work

• Before payment we agree on the scope of the result, supported devices and actions, timing, cost, the number of revision rounds and any limits on materials.
• Comments refer to a specific version; requests beyond the agreed scope need a separate agreement.
• Acceptance fixes an immutable version. By default you receive a Scene Bundle, the sources of materials made for you, licenses and instructions.
• Exceptions for third-party materials are agreed before payment. Acceptance does not include hosting and does not automatically grant rights to use the result in advertising.

How hosting will work

• Hosting is paid per period; participant, storage and traffic limits are stated in advance.
• A new version does not replace the published one without your action.
• Pausing, cancelling renewal, storage, export and deletion are separate operations with terms known in advance, including notice before a space is stopped or deleted.
• If a technical failure on our side affects the service, the contract will state how it is fixed or refunded.
