Publishing a scene

In Vrata 0.1 a scene becomes a room through the API and the control plane of your own installation. On vrataspace.ru hosting is not open yet: scene hosting will start after the cabinet and payments are ready.

Steps

1. Package. A Scene Bundle is a directory or .zip with scene.json and the assets it references. Format: Scene Bundle format.
2. Validate locally. pnpm exec vrata scenes validate <path> --json checks the schema, paths, spawn points, referenced assets and size budgets. Use the same command as a CI gate.
3. Upload. In /control-plane, choose a bundle id and an immutable version and upload the .zip; or call POST /api/scene-bundles/uploads with the scene-bundle.write permission. The API validates the archive before storing any metadata.
4. Bind to a room. Select the room and bind the current or a chosen version of the bundle. A new version does not replace a published one by itself.
5. Check and share. Open the room URL, look at the diagnostics and give access to participants.
